Welcome to Villa Heidenreich! Completed in the summer of 2025 and located right on the Baltic Sea, it offers modern comforts and top-notch amenities so you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest!

Location

So close to the Baltic Sea... Only the beach promenade separates the new building from the dunes and Scharbeutz Beach. The town center, with a wide selection of cafés, restaurants, and shopping options, is only about 400 meters away and can be reached on foot in five minutes. A group medical practice with a dialysis center is located right around the corner.

Living

The open and light-filled living and dining area is stylishly designed and cleverly laid out. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and a black granite countertop, leaving nothing to be desired. The couch can be converted into a sleeping area (1.60 x 2.00 meters) in no time at all. From here, you can also step out onto the sunny terrace facing the Baltic Sea. The separate bedroom features a cozy double bed (1.80 x 2.00 meters) and a closet with ample storage space for your luggage. The modern, interior bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower, a washing machine, and a toilet. The vacation rental is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached without steps from its own parking space.

Entertainment

Of course, the vacation rental is equipped with Wi-Fi access as well as smart TVs in the living room and bedroom.

Design & Style

The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the vacation rental with light, and the materials used emphasize high quality and naturalness. The color scheme in soft cream tones creates a warm, cozy atmosphere. The rooms can be darkened using electric exterior blinds.

Parking & Bicycles

To save you the trouble of looking for a parking spot during your vacation, there is a reserved parking space on the property. You can park your bicycles at the bike rack next to the house.

The mandatory visitor’s tax (for guests 18 years of age and older) is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Please feel free to contact us in advance to inquire about prices. The price range is between €1.90 and €3.50 per night per person.
