This beautiful vacation home is just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea.

It’s in a quiet location with a large balcony offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea. The apartment has been lovingly furnished with many beautiful details.

The attractively furnished living and dining area features a cozy sofa and armchair, and—together with the small coffee table—invites you to enjoy cozy evenings watching TV or reading. The TV sits on a shelf across from the sofa. A selection of board games and books provides entertainment. A pair of binoculars for nature watching is also provided.

The spacious dining area is furnished with a large table and 4 chairs.

The sleeping area is separated from the living area by a room divider and a curtain. Here you’ll find two single beds and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe.

In another room, there’s a sofa that can be converted into a sleeping area for two people. Here, too, a closet provides space for your clothes. This is also where the comforters and pillows for the sofa bed are stored.

The well-equipped kitchen offers all the comforts you need for your vacation. You’ll find a two-burner stove, a coffee maker, a De’Longhi coffee capsule machine, an electric kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster, as well as a small portable oven for preparing light meals. The dishwasher takes care of the dishes. There is an ample supply of kitchen utensils, dishes, and silverware. A refrigerator with a small freezer compartment is also provided.

The small bathroom features a shower with a partition, a toilet, and a sink. A mirror, hair dryer, and trash can for cosmetics are provided.

The washing machine and dryer in the building’s basement are available for use for a small fee. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment where you are welcome to bring your dog!

A parking space for your car is available in the large parking lot.
