Enjoy a relaxing stay in our lovingly furnished vacation rental—ideal for couples who appreciate peace and quiet, comfort, and a personal atmosphere. To ensure a worry-free stay, we provide bed linens, towels, heating, water, electricity, Wi-Fi, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and hand soap free of charge. We’re happy to coordinate your arrival and departure times individually with you. A private parking space directly in front of the house is available to you during your stay; please note that we cannot accept any liability for vehicles parked there or on the street, nor for their contents. Bicycles can be safely stored in the carport or on the terrace. Out of consideration for all guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment, nor are parties or large gatherings of more than four people allowed. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. We’d be happy to accept your binding reservation in person, by phone, in writing, or via email—we look forward to welcoming you soon!



Vacation rental with a terrace in the garden:

A tastefully furnished 60-square-meter vacation apartment for 2 people awaits you in a quiet residential area near the vineyards. (A third person can sleep on the sofa bed.) The open-concept living room and kitchen feature a couch, TV, and radio. The spacious, newly furnished, modern kitchen includes a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge-freezer, as well as dish towels, dishes, and silverware. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a rocking chair. The large bathroom includes a shower, toilet, sink, and bathtub. A hair dryer, hand towels, and bath towels are provided. The apartment has a separate entrance. A parking space in front of the house is available. Use of the garden and terrace is possible by arrangement.



On-site fees: A 20% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to arrange this, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You will receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
