The apartment has been extensively and high-quality renovated and combines modern amenities with a warm, cozy atmosphere. It is located in a vacation home from the 1930s that is currently being gradually renovated and modernized. No construction work is currently taking place, so there is no construction noise. The apartment is completely self-contained, in a quiet location, and ready to move into immediately. 

Living area—stylish & comfortable: spacious sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), modern coffee table, cozy reading lamp with backlighting, workstation with a desk, reading lamp, and USB ports/outlets for smartphones or tablets, TV with satellite system and streaming capabilities (e.g., Netflix, Prime)

Bathroom - Everyday wellness: walk-in shower with large-format tiles and a massage showerhead, multifunctional mirror with Bluetooth speaker, heated mirror & lighting, modern floor heating, automatic exhaust ventilation system, stylish towel rack & soap dispenser

Kitchen - fully equipped & thoughtfully designed: modern kitchen cabinets with a stylish design, extensive amenities:

dishes and silverware for 4 people, cooking utensils, toaster, coffee maker, can opener, egg picker, and much more, microwave with baking function, range hood with exhaust system, dishwasher & refrigerator, dining table for 4 people with matching chairs

Bedroom - Peace & relaxation: comfortable box-spring bed with ambient lighting & backlighting, reading lamps, dresser & clothes rack, blackout curtains & thermal pleated blinds for a restful night’s sleep, soundproof windows for pleasant quiet. Crib available upon request.

Comfort & Technology—also ideal for allergy sufferers: no carpeting, underfloor heating throughout the apartment, Daikin air conditioning with cooling/heat pump function & air purification mode, additional air purifier to remove pollen, odors, and germs, soundproof windows and doors

Vacation home with potential — close to town and the beach in the seaside resort of Ueckermünde

Our vacation home, Weininsel am Haff, is centrally located in Ueckermünde, right next to a shopping center, close to town and just a short walk from the beach. The house is currently in a state of suspended renovation. One of the four apartments has already been renovated to a high standard; another is still in its original condition but is functional.

Important: No construction work is currently taking place, so there is no construction noise. 

The neighborhood is older but well-maintained, with an authentic, down-to-earth character. A covered bike shelter is available, as well as a barbecue area for relaxing get-togethers. Each apartment has its own parking space, and there are additional parking options for larger vehicles in the immediate vicinity—ideal, for example, for service technicians. 

A complete renovation and modernization of the building is planned for the winter. Until then, we offer simple, practical accommodations in a great location—quiet, central, and close to the beach. 



Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
