"Hafenspitze": First floor apartment with Baltic Sea view, terrace & wellness area

Welcome to “Hafenspitze,” your comfortable Baltic Sea vacation apartment in the Bollwark Residence. The Bollwark Residence consists of four apartment buildings and is picturesquely situated on the northern pier of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, surrounded by the sea on three sides. A short flight of stairs leads to the entrance of your ground-floor apartment “Hafenspitze,” which you can also easily reach by elevator and which accommodates up to four people.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with a coat rack, a bench, and a large closet. From here, you can access all the other rooms in the apartment. The living area features an open-concept design that seamlessly blends living, dining, and relaxation. The modern, fully equipped kitchen—complete with an induction cooktop and all the essentials, such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and dishwasher—invites home cooks to prepare meals together.

The covered terrace is cozily furnished with stylish lounge furniture and offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, the harbor, and—on clear days—all the way to Weidefeld Beach. Watch sailboats, wild birds, and the beautiful natural surroundings, and let the day wind down as you relax and enjoy the sunset.

In the living room, a comfortable three-seater and a two-seater sofa, along with a versatile coffee table, invite you to relax, while a flat-screen TV provides entertainment. Two bedrooms, each with a large box-spring bed, promise restful nights. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer a magnificent view of the sea here as well and can be darkened with practical pleated blinds if desired.

A special highlight: In the building (Bollwark 54/3), a modern wellness area with a sauna and swimming pool is available for your free use—ideal for relaxing after a long day at the beach or during dreary Nordic weather.

A lockable communal basement is available for storing bicycles you bring with you, and a marked parking lot is located directly in front of the building. Just a few minutes’ walk away, the freely accessible sandy beach of the Olpenitz Resort’s swimming cove awaits you.

Please note: The accommodations are barrier-reduced but not fully accessible or wheelchair-accessible. The room doors are approximately 80 cm wide, the door to the guest bathroom is approximately 68 cm wide, and the entrance to the shower in the main bathroom is approximately 58 cm wide. Turning spaces measuring 150 × 150 cm are not available throughout the entire property, and the kitchen is not wheelchair-accessible. There is a threshold approximately 2.5 cm high at the apartment entrance and a threshold approximately 7 cm high leading to the balcony or terrace.
