Small, cozy, and full of charm: The lovingly furnished “Utkiek” vacation apartment on the second floor of the Hus an’t Dalben is the ideal getaway for two people—and your dog is also welcome. With 45 m² of living space, one bedroom, a separate kitchen, a cozy living room, and a south-facing balcony with a magnificent view, it offers everything you need for a relaxing getaway by the sea.

Please note that, unfortunately, this apartment is not suitable for stays with infants or toddlers under 3 years of age.

Additionally, due to its location on the second floor and the steep, open staircase, the apartment is generally not recommended for seniors or people with physical disabilities.

The apartment is centrally located in the heart of Langeoog—just a few minutes from the beach, the dunes, shopping, and cafés—yet quiet enough to truly relax.

The living room welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, a TV, and direct access to the small south-facing balcony. Here you can enjoy the sun and fresh North Sea air—ideal for breakfast, reading, or simply relaxing. The view over the island’s rooftops gives the “Utkiek” its very special charm.

In the small but well-equipped kitchen with a cozy dining area, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay: a ceramic cooktop, a convenient combination oven and microwave, a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and many other helpful kitchen utensils.

The bedroom is furnished with a cozy double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe, and blackout curtains—for restful nights after long walks around the island. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Your furry friend is welcome here (maximum 1 pet).
