A particular highlight is the open, stylishly designed kitchen, which is directly integrated into the spacious living area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a separate freezer, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. A wide range of kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, dish towels, and even spices are provided. In the adjacent dining area, a large dining table invites you to enjoy meals together.

With its sofa nook, armchairs, and wood-burning stove, the living area creates a cozy gathering spot. On cooler days, the wood-burning stove, along with the underfloor heating, provides cozy warmth, while in the summer, the air conditioning ensures comfortable room temperatures. A TV and Wi-Fi are available for entertainment. Those who enjoy staying active will appreciate the indoor pool table. The property is also equipped with an alarm system.
