Hermosa y artísticamente decorada casa moderna con un plano de planta abierto y espacioso, en los históricos canales de Venecia.

El sofisticado pero relajado planta baja cuenta con una cocina gourmet con rango Wolf, Sub-Zero refrigerador, Sub-Zero refrigerador de vino, bloque de carnicero isla hecha a la medida y utensilios de cocina profesional. Una gran sala de estar con un 60 "Samsung TV de pantalla plana se enfrenta a la cocina y desayunador. Hay un comedor y sala de estar separada, que conducen al patio delantero, patio y canales.

En el segundo piso, el dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size, sala de estar independiente, amplio walk-in closet, un "Samsung TV 50 pantalla plana y terraza con vistas a los canales. El baño principal tiene dos lavabos, una ducha muy grande, inodoro cerrado y una bañera.

La segunda habitación (o la habitación de los niños) tiene una cama doble y baño en suite.

El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama doble grande y escritorio grande con un cuarto de baño en el pasillo.

El segundo piso también tiene un escritorio ajustable en altura, una máquina elíptica Life Cycle y un televisor de pantalla plana Panasonic de 42 ".

La cubierta de la azotea tiene vistas a los canales y tiene una mesa de comedor con 4 sillas.

La casa cuenta con aire acondicionado, energía solar, wi-fi y un sistema de audio controlado centralmente con altavoces en casi todas las habitaciones, una terraza en la azotea con tres sofás grandes y un patio al aire libre en la planta baja. Los televisores tienen acceso a las redes de cable premium como HBO y Netflix. Otras características incluyen una barbacoa al aire libre, lavadora y secadora arriba y sistema de alarma. Algunos, pero no mucho, de la casa ha sido prueba de niños.

El lote de gran tamaño tiene un patio con azulejos de porcelana, muebles de teca de diseño y un pequeño patio con césped ecológico.

Lovely Venice Canal Home

We had a wonderful time staying in Kevin’s luxurious home right on the Venice Canals. Everything was as disclosed in the listing. The kitchen is set up for gourmet cooking, and nothing beats al fresco dining alongside the canals. The rooms are spacious, and the beds we’re comfortable. It was the best place to celebrate college graduation & father’s day. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful !!!!

I cannot say enough about this beautiful home located on the Venice canals . The house itself was just cozy and decorated beautifully . Being on the canals was so peaceful . The location of this house was also great. Walk to the beach , walk to the famous Abbott Kinney street, Great restaurants , etc. Kevin , the owner , was so accessible if we had questions . I would highly recommend this home . And I would definately stay at this home again if I were to go back to Venice 👍👍👍 Debbie

Beautiful and amazing house. Perfect for our family vacation.

The house was incredible, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable and really felt like home. The location was also amazing. Right on the canal and close to all the Venice and Marina points of interest. Kevin was an incredible host. Extremely accommodating and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better overall experience. Thanks!

Enjoyable stay on the canal in Venice!!

My family and I had a fun vacation in Venice! The house was well maintained and had all the amenities needed for an extended stay. Also location wise, it was close to the beach, restaurants and shops on Abbott Kinney. The host was quite responsive and helpful which we appreciated, it was one of the best rentals to date!

Very Nice canal front house!

Overall the house was great, significantly larger than it appears in the photos! Great backyard directly on the canal. Overall the property and location was great, lots of bird scooters around to quickly get to and from Abbot Kinney/Venice Boardwalk and a close by mini market / liquor store. I do wish there was accessible furniture on the roof top, it seemed there is usually a table and chairs but they were put on a different part of the roof as if to keep us from using them perhaps ? Also please note when booking that any fireplaces in the photos are not useable. Excellent book collection bonus!

The home is peaceful and beautiful, in a lovely part of Venice--well-appointed and very comfortable. In addition, the owner has thoughtfully provided additions you don't always find in a rental. We were three partners on a business trip--but the house would be equally well suited to a family or friends. Thanks.

Absolutely outstanding house. Great location. Great spaces for enjoying

From the moment I reserved, the owner was attentive, easy to communicate with and very accommodating. Five of us stayed for 4 days and had a marvellous time. The house is an extremely high spec and everything works well. We even took the canoe out on the canals. The sound system and kitchen were particularly excellent. The location is also perfect. Quiet but close to the beach and shops. I can’t wait to stay there again.

Love, love, love this impeccable home!!

This was our second stay in this property. We absolutely loved it like last time. The property is gorgeous and everything is top of the line. The Master Bed is very comfortable which is extremely important since I have a couple of issues with my back. It was so great that the staircase was child-proofed because we have two little ones and that peace of mind is everything. The home has such a charming view of the Venice canals and great proximity to all the hippest shops, restaurants and a cute little playground our kids loved. We walked everywhere which was great given the perfect weather and the nearby organic grocery store was incredible for all our needs when we were eating in the home (even better than Whole Foods!). Can't say enough good things about this place we are sure to return. The owner could not be nicer and the property manager is extremely competent and professional which I appreciated.

Our family of four adults spent Christmas week at this beautiful home on the Venice canals.

The house is immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen has every gadget one would ever need to create a fabulous meal. We prepared a delicious dinner for our extended family on Christmas Eve with plenty of china, flatware and glasses to set a beautiful table in the dining room. The spectacular canal view added to the festivities, as did the grand piano ( Christmas carols were played). We walked every day along the canals and our grandson loved feeding the ducks and playing at the local playground. The house has a canoe and kayak and our more adventurous daughters used them as well as the bicycles.Conveniently located, it was an easy drive to the supermarket or a quick walk to local restaurants. We all had a wonderful getaway and hope to return one day! Thanks, Kevin, for sharing your home!

Beautiful Home on Venice Canals

Our family of four spent the Thanksgiving weekend here and loved the openness of the home and the great outdoor seating areas both on the roof and ground level. The home is very well maintained, beautifully decorated and very comfortable.

Wonderful stay on the lovely canals

We loved our stay for 6 days in summer. Wish we could stay longer! Loved the location, with the small quaint garden right on the Venice canals, and the opportunity to get a taste of the canals lifestyle, including rowing the kayak and canoe. It’s quiet and peaceful, but a very short walk or bike ride to the beach and lots of activity, and an easy drive to much of the action that LA offers. The house is very spacious and is of a very high standard. The photos and description are accurate, perhaps the feel of the house is even better than what can be seen in the photos. The sleeping space was ideal and extremely comfortable for our family of 6. It was cleaned and organized to perfection, and had many convenient supplies available to us - like washing detergent, some toiletries, kitchen supplies/ingredients etc. which made it feel like home and saved us having to do a lot of grocery shopping. Ample towels and linen were provided. We could freely use the family’s bicycles if we wished. Kevin was extremely fair and accommodating wherever possible, reliable and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this house for a family or group of any age range. Missing it!

This place is awesome!!!

We absolutely loved this home! We stayed here for a week with our two small children and had such a good time. The house is gorgeous, was clean and had everything we needed. The furniture, bbq, everything really is of the highest quality. The master bedroom mattress was SO comfy and the back yard on the canal was such a lovely place to just sit and relax and enjoy time with family. We were even invited to use some of the fresh lettuce growing in the garden which was really nice. The location is perfect because you are close to Abbott Kinney (amazing shops and restaurants) and close to the beach, and the owner could not have been nicer. He helped coordinate delivery of cribs and other items for our children and really went out of his way to help us. I would definitely give this place my highest recommendation. Cannot wait to go back!

Perfection!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything about it, from the comfortable furnishings, tasteful and interesting art, fully stocked chef's kitchen, location, and our host's generosity, were perfection. We said to each other, more than once, that this might have been our best VRBO experience to date (and we've been renting properties for years).

Wonderful experience!

This was an amazing experience. The listing description was accurate, the pictures didn't do it justice. The property is kept in immaculate condition. Kevin was a very gratious host. The location is great, very nice walk to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. The bikes and canoe were used and were great. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning, to rent it again.

A true gem on the Venice Canals

This home is everything displayed in the photos & more. The gorgeous furniture, open floor plan, indoor/outdoor flow and multiple private decks make for the perfect California getaway. We were so impressed with the level of care and quality throughout the home from the home gym equipment to the extensive array of cooking utensils to the beautiful grill on the deck facing the canals. We cooked dinner for a few friends one night and it was magical. We walked to the Venice Boardwalk during the day for rice bowls from Poke Poke and enjoyed all that Abbot Kinney has to offer restaurant wise. Kevin is an incredible host and helped us immediately during our stay with any questions that we had. I have never written a review for VRBO despite booking through here several time and I just can't say enough about how absolutely beautiful the home was. 5 stars does not do it justice!

Beautiful house in a great location

This is an absolutely beautiful house in my favorite spot in LA. The entire house was top notch, and the kitchen was incredible. Beyond the wonderful house, the owner made us feel very welcome. I'm partial to places that allow you to truly feel at home, and this owner absolutely did that. The housekeeper met us and let us in, and we were left to ourselves the rest of the stay. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach, there is great coffee and food in the neighborhood, and the owner's welcome note introduced us to a few new restaurants. Great stay!

PERFECT LA Getaway!

This home was absolutely gorgeous and the location was ideal - the photos don't do it justice! The home is a perfect distance from the beach and Abbott Kinney - you are near the action, but not on top of it. They neighborhood is great, super friendly people and very walk-able. The home was neat as a pin and was perfectly appointed. We couldn't say better things about our stay!
