The apartment is divided into an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as two sleeping areas, each with a double bed. The front sleeping area is particularly spacious and is additionally equipped with a couch and a second TV—ideal for couples or families who value comfort and privacy. The modern built-in kitchen with a dishwasher offers plenty of space for shared meals. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

A designated parking space is located right next to the building. A luggage cart is available for your arrival and departure.

Please note that the elevator in the building only goes up to the 7th floor. From there, a staircase leads to the 8th floor and the apartment.

A special bonus is the building’s own swimming pool with a sauna, which is available to guests free of charge during opening hours. Here you can relax or stay active, regardless of the weather.
