With a living area of 40 m², divided into three rooms, the vacation home can accommodate up to 5 people. Two bedrooms—one of which is especially suitable for children—and a cozy living area ensure comfort and privacy. The vinyl flooring in the living and bedroom areas ensures guests enjoy a carefree stay. The house is designated as a non-smoking property and is ideal for families, as children are warmly welcome.

In the open and light-filled living area, you’ll find a comfortable sofa nook for relaxing, as well as modern entertainment amenities, including two satellite TVs and Wi-Fi. The adjacent dining area with a large dining table is perfect for enjoying meals together. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired: a glass-ceramic stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and a full range of kitchen utensils are provided. Spices and dish towels are also provided.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer, and natural light. Comfortable amenities such as heating, hot water, and smoke detectors ensure a pleasant stay.

Thanks to their central location, they serve as an ideal starting point for your Baltic Sea vacation. Numerous excursion options in the region and the fine sandy beach—just a 5-minute bike ride away—ensure an eventful and relaxing stay. The property features a sauna house and its own children’s playground. The nearest supermarket is less than a 5-minute bike ride away—or a short drive. If you’re traveling in an electric car, you can use our four 300-kW charging stations.

Use of the sauna is free for all guests. The sauna is generally open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please note that opening hours may vary depending on the season. You can find current information on the signs at the sauna or obtain it directly at the front desk.
