My name is Vassilios and it is my pleasure to welcome guests to our apartment in Rhodes. Cleanliness, comfort and straightforward service are a matter of course for me.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood – perfect for restful nights. Within just 200–500 meters you’ll find local taverns, a supermarket, a bakery, and everything you need for your daily essentials. The heart of Rhodes Town, with its old town, bars, vibrant nightlife, and beaches, is only 1.8–4.5 km away. It’s about a 30–40 minute walk, and while there’s a bus stop just 140 meters from the house, we highly recommend renting a car to explore the island with full

Free parking is available right in-front of the building. The nearest beach is only a 4-minute drive away, and you can reach the city center in about 15 minutes.

Designed to accommodate up to four guests, this newly furnished loft features two sleeping areas: an open mezzanine with a 160x200 cm bed, and one separate bedroom with a second 160x200 cm bed. Each room includes its own private bathroom with a shower.

The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, coffee maker, and washing machine, as well as a comfortable sofa and a flat- screen smart TV. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available throughout the space. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The loft-style apartment has a private entrance and a small outdoor seating area. The apartment is located on the ground floor.
Please note: The mezzanine sleeping area is open to the space below and is not separated by a door.

Parties and loud music are not allowed.
We welcome families with children, couples, and individual guests aged 25 and older.
