Spacious 5-room vacation home in an idyllic location in Westermarkelsdorf on Fehmarn, with 90 m² of living space, two cozy terraces, and a sauna for up to 5 people.

The bright living room invites you to relax and, with its cozy furnishings including a sofa and TV, offers the ideal retreat after an eventful day of vacation. The adjoining dining area with a wood-burning stove provides the perfect atmosphere for spending time with family and friends. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, so you can prepare your meals with ease. From here, you can step out onto the larger of the two terraces, which features a patio umbrella, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill.

The vacation home has three bedrooms: one is furnished with a comfortable double bed, while the second features a cozy pull-out single bed. The third bedroom is the only one located on the upper floor and features two single beds. All rooms are designed with great attention to detail and ensure restful nights. Two modern bathrooms complete the amenities—one on the first floor with a shower (5 cm step height), toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack, and a second one upstairs with a walk-in shower and toilet. A sauna rounds out the wellness experience.

Several outdoor parking spaces are located in front of the house on the property. There is room for up to 3 cars. A shared garden with storage space is available for any bicycles you bring with you. Wi-Fi is included.
