The exclusive Upstalsboom vacation home, sinf10, in the NordseeResort Friesland is located directly on the Lower Saxony Wadden Sea Nature Reserve (a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site) and just a few steps away from a beautiful natural sandy beach. A special highlight of the 107-square-meter house is the covered rooftop loggia on the upper floor, which offers a fantastic view of the sea.

The Location
The resort’s spacious property borders the dike directly to the northeast. The North Sea and the expansive sandy beach are only about 200 meters away—here you can enjoy peace and quiet, fresh sea air, and virtually no car traffic. Take a stroll along the coast, breathe in the refreshing sea air, or relax in a beach chair.
Cafés, restaurants, and shopping are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The surrounding area offers recreational highlights such as the Hooksiel water ski lift with its large sun terrace. Our family tip: Experience the mudflats on a guided mudflat hike—a true North Sea adventure!

Amenities
This non-smoking house is suitable for people with allergies; pets are not allowed. All bedrooms are equipped with insect screens. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures cozy warmth even on cool days, and there are three TV sets. Spread across three levels, you’ll find a very well-equipped kitchen with a living area and a wood-burning stove on the first floor, three bedrooms with a total of six beds, a spacious bathroom, a sauna, a guest restroom, and another living room with a loft in the attic.

Families are well taken care of: A Tripp Trapp chair is available, and additional high chairs and cribs can be booked for a fee upon request. There is also a selection of toys, board games, and books for children and adults. Especially for our younger guests, we provide night lights, seat cushions to raise chair heights, step stools, and child-friendly tableware.

On the first floor, a small entryway leads to the bright living area. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic cooktop with four burners, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, an espresso maker, a milk frother, an electric kettle, an egg cooker, and a toaster. Dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, pans, and a raclette machine are also provided. The centerpiece of this floor is the large dining table with six chairs, which is ideal for shared meals as well as social evenings. The wood-burning stove adds to the cozy atmosphere. In the rear area, facing the terrace, there is a sofa nook with a TV. A guest restroom rounds out the first floor. The furnished south-facing terrace is equipped with a table, six chairs, and a patio umbrella.

On the first floor are two bedrooms and the large bathroom with a walk-in rain shower, bathtub, toilet, and sauna. Especially on stormy, rainy, or wintry days, the bathroom, sauna, fireplace, and the loggia in the attic lend the house a special wellness atmosphere. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a TV; the second has two single beds.

The attic features another living room with a loft and access to the loggia, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Wadden Sea. A cozy sofa area, a lounge chair, and a TV invite you to relax here. Directly adjacent is the third bedroom with a double bed.

This bright and family-friendly house features a sunny south-facing terrace, a free parking space right in front of the house, and a fiber-optic connection with Wi-Fi throughout the house.
Your apartment includes a free parking space. Please note that this is a non-smoking vacation home and pets are not allowed. Books for your vacation reading, board games, and a beach chair on the beach (during the season) are available for your use.
