Last Minute Thanksgiving Get Away

The host was exceptional, and accomodated our stay last minute for Thanksgiving. The beds were a little uncomfortable but everything else made up for it. I hope the host knows how beautiful their home is and puts some much needed TLC, for future BNB'rs. Thank you so much again we had a blast. I recommend for any big families.

My perfect staycation!

I really enjoyed the property. It was very spacious. It was accessible to everything Walmart Kroger, gas stations. Restaurants are only one or 2 miles away from the property. It is in a very peaceful neighborhood. I definitely felt like I got my moneys worth. I would love to stay at this property again. It's good for large groups of people. The two-story home is spacious and comfortable. I like how clean it was but I also like how It still gave you that home feeling. The host were very helpful and responded in real life time, it was the perfect staycation.

Overall great place with a lot of little negatives

Pro: Awesome pool and outdoor space. Con: Pool maintenance guy showed up a few times with no notice, stayed a long time once, didn't wear a mask, and there was foam/soap/bleach residue in the pool after he left Con: Not enough lawn chairs for people to sit in outside, and there are no beach towels. Trash cans outside had spoiled food inside of them upon our arrival. Pro: House is spacious with four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, several other rooms, open kitchen with plenty of pots and pans, etc. Seemed like the pest control worked well. Plenty of parking and access to the two-car garage. Con: Limited dish towels, hard to use the gas range (kitchen smelled like gas while we were trying to get this to work), upstairs AC was not on, so it took a long time to cool down up there, TV is one that you have to sign in for every channel. Hard to operate the first-floor shower controls and had to take a cold shower until we figured it out.

Beautiful Home, but needs a little work

We rented this home to have a small family gathering to celebrate our son's High School Graduation. The plan was to have some friends and family members over to swim. After booking the property, I was contacted by the property manager. She asked what event we were having, how many people were staying in the home, and if there were any pets. I explained what we were doing that weekend and that we would only have 5 people staying each night in the home, no pets. Then I was told by the property manager that they would be charging an additional fee of $19 per person, per night for anyone we were having over to swim. That would've costs us an additional $600+ just to have our family swim with us for a few hours. I told the property manager that was ridiculous and I've never experienced this with any other property I've rented before with a pool. I also read the rental agreement and did not find anything that stated what she said about the $19 fee, so I told her and she said we could proceed with the booking without the additional fees. All of this took place the morning of check-in, so it was extremely stressful to deal with last minute. Once we checked into the property, it was fairly smooth from there. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The home itself is very beautiful on the outside, spacious and well-built inside. Our favorite part of the home was the bonus room upstairs. The kids really enjoyed that space... However, I cannot say that I would rent this home again. We were disappointed with the interior design and overall upkeep of the home. Especially because we spent roughly $1500+ for a 2 night minimum stay. The hot tub was broken, the pool was not heated, and there were bugs in the house. We had little roaches crawl out of the jets in the master bathroom tub, under the kitchen sink window and upstairs. I sprayed to kill them and notified the property manager. The diving board was also broken and we had to move it to the side to keep anyone from getting hurt; it was dangerous. The furnishings & fixtures in the home looked very cheap and/or outdated and nothing matched. The master bedroom was huge but fairly empty; master bath was outdated. The paint needs to be updated inside and there was a bad sour smell in the home when we arrived. We cleaned, mopped, and sprayed febreeze to rid it of the awful smell. Property manager was good at responding quickly. It was well stocked with tissue, trash bags, etc. Overall, our stay, it was just ok

Roach-Infested, Slumlord ran property! RUN!

I entered this property with extremely high expectations of an unforgettable weekend with my wife and friends. We rented the place to celebrate my wife's 40th party with a celebrity private chef. The lies are in the details. To my surprise, this property was dramatically different in appearance than it looked in advertising. Upon entrance of the unlocked property, the smells of old sewage met us at the door. Supposedly, the cleaning crew had been there that morning, but there was no evidence that this property had been cleaned in months. The refrigerator needed attention and had leftover items from previous trips. To add insult to injury, our guest found a total of 12 roaches in different areas of the house. We also were greeted by three daddy long leg spiders in the shower. When we approached the owners about issues, we had to call several times before getting anyone on the phone. One of the phone numbers didn't work, and the other number was for a texting app. This company claims to have over 40 properties, and they are definitely slumlords trying to get over on people. We have provided several photos of the property and still have not received any refund for our devastation and embarrassing weekend. If you want to vacation in a roach-infested, sewage-smelling home, this property is right for you. Are you expecting a relaxing and incredible stay? RUN!

Great Experience

My experience here was so amazing. We had a small get together for the weekend and this house was able to sleep everyone comfortably. The back yard pool area was nice and spacious. We were able to set up tables on the porch as well as put up a tent for food in the corner. The property mangers were helpful and answered my million questions I had leading up to the weekend. I would definitely recommend this property!

Pool Need Maintenance

The main attraction for us was to use the pool and we wasn’t able to do so because of the maintenance and when we start calling the owners after we got there they just stop answering until it was time for us to check out overall the house was a nice stay just couldn’t swim but the refunded us 150 because we couldn’t swim

Nice property only a small problem

The house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and clean, the only problem was the air downstairs did not cool off the area so nights were very hot. The dishwasher did not work and the upper oven did not open. Other than that it was fine.

Thanksgiving vacation 2019

The overall stay was good. The property was spotless with the exception of the patio area. The communication with the management company was great until after my arrival. My call to the emergency number on Wed has yet to be returned and I checked out today, Sat, Nov. 30, 2019. The double oven was a real incentive for choosing this house. The top oven was locked and would not open. I could not get the heat to come on downstairs to warm the livingroom and kitchen. I sent an email to the manager. She responded with a question several hours later, but no one responded with a solution or suggestion on how to resolve the issue. The neighborhood and location was great for our getaway.

Beautiful Home

The house is lovely and it is in a great location , however , it is sparsely furnished . No chest of drawers in the bedroom , no bathmats , no cutting board etc. we had to go out and buy hangers , extra towels , cleaning supplies etc. The property management company was very responsive to any queries we had and sent someone to clean the pool as well as deal with bugs in the house .

This was a perfect get away home. Very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely go back!

Me and my friends had a great time at this home to get away from the city. The pool area was very serene and the house was very clean and welcoming. Sara was also a great host and helpful with any needs we had.

Nice big home that fit our needs perfectly.

This home is in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very roomy and fit our group of ten perfectly. The backyard and pool were beautiful. The heater for the hot tub was not working. The home was very clean but the furnishings were rather meager and some pieces were a little old and worn. The property manager was very quick to respond to questions. Overall, I would recommend.

The house was exactly what we wanted.

The house was a good size for us to hangout and enjoy one another. It would have been nice to have a tv upstairs where the bonus room was located. We had to call twice for repairs but they were attentive and had someone there to resolve the issue immediately. The pool and hot tub was nice. A little more lighting around the pool during the evening would have been nice. All in all it was a great place to stay and would recommend to others. Great girl's weekend spot with lots to do in area. Will definitely do again.

Beautiful home but need a lot of improvement

My family stayed at this house July 2016. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The furniture quality is horrible the beds are hard you can feel the springs in the bed it is so cheap. And it was very uncomfortable to sleep on. The couch is very old when you sit on them it feels like your sinking in the couch. Their was no extra towels. In a 5 bedroom home there is two tv's which is not accommodating when traveling with kids and other family members. We had to buy a iron, no ironing board. There are absolutely no pans, however they do have good quality pots.
