A warm welcome to the “Ankerplatz” vacation home! Your temporary home awaits you in a unique location right on the Rügischer Bodden in Alt Reddevitz, and its luxurious amenities promise an unforgettable vacation experience.


The basic facts alone are promising: A total of 5 rooms spread over two floors and a massive 200 square meters of living space, plus a private wellness area, a property spanning a good 1,000 square meters, three parking spaces, and, of course, the breathtaking view over the water.


The first floor is dominated by the open-concept living area with an open kitchen, dining table, comfortable seating, stylish decorative accents, modern entertainment technology, and a wood-burning stove for those especially romantic moments. Panoramic windows offer a stunning view of the water and direct access to the terrace and garden. The patio furniture is available seasonally—typically from May through the end of September.


Kitchen amenities include, among other things, a fully automatic coffee machine, a drip coffee maker, a ceramic cooktop with oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, as well as a kettle, toaster, and, of course, all the necessary cookware and tableware.


You can choose to dine either at the large dining table indoors or outside on the terrace in the fresh Baltic Sea air. The [nbsp]garden opens onto your own private beach area by the protective stone wall along the water.


A very special highlight on the first floor is your private wellness area, where a Finnish sauna, a whirlpool tub, and a shower ensure blissful relaxation whenever you wish. A view of the Bodden is included here, too!


A cozy bedroom with two single beds and a TV, as well as a guest restroom and the entryway with a coat closet, are also located on the first floor.


A few steps up, three bedrooms with comfortable double beds on the upper floor promise sweet dreams. Of course, plenty of storage space has been provided for your vacation wardrobe. The largest of the bedrooms offers a unique view of the living area and the Bodden through a stylish porthole.


Especially pleasant: To ensure things always stay relaxed even when the “house is full,” the upper floor features not only a large bathroom with a floor-to-ceiling shower, corner bathtub, toilet, and sink, but also an additional guest restroom.

The Ankerplatz vacation home can be booked for up to 8 people. Upon prior notice and for a fee, up to two well-behaved dogs are also welcome. Out of consideration for future guests, smoking is not permitted indoors.
