With 122 m² of living space, it offers enough room for up to six people and captivates with its warm, cosy atmosphere.

You will immediately feel at home in the open-plan living and dining area: the real wood wall gives the room a special character, the two sofas invite you to enjoy film evenings, and the dining area offers space for shared meals. The open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob and coffee machines leaves nothing to be desired.

Comfortable sleeping for everyone
Three bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds ensure restful nights. Blackout blinds keep the room pleasantly dark – perfect for starting your day in the mountains well rested.

Two modern bathrooms
The flat has two bright bathrooms with floor-level showers. One bathroom is also equipped with a washing machine and laundry rack – ideal for longer stays.

Terrace with garden
Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace with dining area or relax in the small garden. From here you have a beautiful view of the countryside and the surrounding mountains.

Practical extras
Two private parking spaces are available directly at the flat, as well as an e-charging station (for a fee). Wi-Fi is of course included.

Location in Berchtesgadener Land
The location of the flat is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain tours or trips to Königssee. In winter, ski resorts such as Götschen attract visitors, while in summer there are boat trips, mountain lakes and hiking trails. Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are also within easy reach.

Please note: The flat is located on a local road – passing cars can be heard when the windows are open or when sitting on the terrace.
