Comfortable vacation home (120sqm) with terrace and whirlpool

The country house on Burgberg offers plenty of comfort in its 120 m² of living space and features a large garden and a beautiful terrace. This is a smoke-free home—smoking is not permitted indoors, but is allowed on the terrace. Dogs are also welcome. The house is divided into a first floor and an upper floor. On the first floor, you’ll find an entryway with a coat closet, a fully equipped built-in kitchen, a dining area with a dining table, and a cozy living room with access to the terrace and garden. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Additional amenities include a garden grill (gas provided), three parking spaces (including the garage), and a storage room for skis and winter clothing. The terrace features a heated premium Jacuzzi. Please note that a steep staircase leads to the upper floor. Our cozy, very well-appointed, and tastefully decorated vacation home is located on the outskirts of the health resort town of Freyung in the Geyersberg district —right next to the expansive park grounds of the former State Garden Show—with a view of the Dreisessel Mountains and, on clear days, a wonderful panoramic view all the way to the Alps. Our vacation home, with its unobstructed, breathtaking views, is located in a quiet yet central setting. From here, you can set out directly on many hikes and other activities. The town center of Freyung, with plenty of shopping options, is 2 km away. A bus stop is within walking distance. Dog owners can enjoy nature right from the front door, taking their four-legged friends on long walks through meadows, forests, and fields. Numerous, well-marked hiking trails begin right outside the front door. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Check-out is available between 1:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are accessed via a door code. Tourist tax: Adults 3.00 EUR/day; children up to 16 years old 1.50 EUR/day. Up to 4 pets are allowed for a fee of 5.00 EUR per pet per night.
