The vacation home will be freshly renovated for you in the spring of 2026.

The spacious terrace features patio furniture for five people.
An outdoor grill for cozy evenings is also available.
There are two parking spaces on the property.
There is an outdoor storage shed, and the property is fenced in.
It’s relatively securely fenced, except perhaps for miniature dachshunds...
There’s a garden gate leading to the parking spaces, which
allows you to ride your bikes to the garden shed.

Special Features
A wallbox is available for charging electric vehicles.
Billing is based on the daily rate according to usage.
Up to two house-trained dogs are welcome here, but dogs are not allowed in bed or on the sofa.

Rooms and Amenities
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with an open kitchen and access to the patio, a small bedroom with a single bed, as well as a shower and toilet.
Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with two single beds and one double bed, and a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and dryer.

General Information
The municipal visitor’s tax (OSTSEE CARD) is charged separately islandwide.

Bed linens and towels are not provided in the property but can be made available for a rental fee.

Location Description
Petersdorf is a centrally located, compact little town with all the amenities you need for daily life.
Supermarkets (Edeka and Aldi), a doctor’s office, restaurants, a church, and other amenities are located in the town.
Petersdorf has good transportation connections and serves as an ideal starting point for bike tours to explore the archipelago.

Up to two house-trained dogs are welcome here; however, dogs are not allowed in bed or on the sofa.
We ask that you clean up after your dog in the yard.
The property is fenced in.
