The boardwalk, restaurants, and cafés are within easy walking distance. The apartment is compact and functionally equipped, making it the perfect starting point for days at the beach, bike rides, and exploring the island.

General Information
The tourist tax is collected island-wide year-round and is not included in the rental price.
Bedding and towels can be booked separately.

From 09.07.2026 until approximately the end of July, restoration work will be carried out on the first floor following water damage; as a result, there may be noise disturbances between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
