Immerse yourself in the cozy atmosphere of our lovingly furnished vacation home in Altfunnixsiel. This modern and bright 69 m² half-house can accommodate up to 4 people and your four-legged friend. Here, you’ll find pure relaxation, surrounded by idyllic nature and just a few minutes from the sea.

You’ll be greeted by a warm atmosphere the moment you step into the entryway. Light-colored walls and a light-colored tiled floor give the entryway a stylish touch

From the hallway, you’ll enter the bright and lovingly designed living room. Here, a cozy sofa and two armchairs invite you to relax—whether you’re watching TV, reading a good book, or spending time with your loved ones.
The floor-to-ceiling windows flood the room with natural light and offer a wonderful view of the green garden.

The adjacent dining area, which seats four, provides the perfect setting for shared meals or fun game nights.

The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the living room and is decorated in light, cheerful tones. Here you’ll find everything you need to cook your own meals—perfect for culinary adventures on vacation!

The living room leads directly to the adjoining patio, which is furnished with a comfortable beach chair. Whether with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening—here you can enjoy absolute peace and a magnificent view of the greenery.

A guest restroom is located on the first floor.

Upstairs is the stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large vanity.
A window provides pleasant natural light, while a spacious vanity cabinet offers ample room for your toiletries.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two lovingly designed bedrooms.

The master bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (separate mattresses), a spacious dresser, and a closet. The morning sun greets you through the window.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a spacious closet.

In addition, a washer and dryer are available in the utility room.

We provide a modern wallbox for your electric car. This allows you to charge your vehicle conveniently and safely during your stay—without any detours or extra planning.

High-quality premium linens packages must be booked separately. You will need one linens package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1x high-quality premium bedding set, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed, 1 large shower towel, 1 small hand towel, and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked), 1 shower mat (per bathroom), and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest fee is levied and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.
