The apartment is tastefully and functionally furnished. It features a bedroom with a cozy bed, a modern living area with a sofa nook and dining table, and a fully equipped open kitchen. Here, you can prepare the region’s culinary delights or relax with a freshly brewed cup of coffee in the morning. Amenities include a ceramic cooktop and a coffee maker. A dryer and washing machine are available for shared use.

The bathroom has a modern design and features a walk-in shower, making it easy to get in—ideal for guests of all ages. You’ll also find a hair dryer and plenty of storage space to keep your personal items organized.

The nearest train station is just 2 km from the apartment, making it easy to get here even for guests without a car. You can park conveniently in the apartment’s private parking lot.

The property has been extensively modernized and renovated. A new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, etc. All apartments have been furnished with new furniture.
The outdoor area has been redesigned.
Six exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms have been created. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. Each has new bathrooms, completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with dishwashers, glass-ceramic cooktops, ovens, or microwaves with oven functions, etc., or small kitchenettes with refrigerators, cooking facilities, microwaves, and sinks.

A washing machine, dryer, and bicycle storage are available for guests in the large garage.
