The house accommodates up to four guests, has been renovated in a modern Nordic style, and sits on a spacious 1,330 m² lot. With a large terrace, a fenced-in garden, and dog-friendly amenities, it’s ideal for families, couples, nature lovers, cyclists, and hikers. Dogs are welcome—by prior arrangement.

Welcome to the Froschkönig vacation home, your personal oasis of tranquility in the fabulously peaceful Wildenburg region. Spanning 80 m², you’ll experience nature at its finest—nestled among rolling hills, dense forests, and expansive meadows. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, with friends, or with family, you’ll find plenty of space here to relax, spend time together, or embark on outdoor adventures. On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living area with a couch, a pellet stove, and satellite TV. The open dining area connects to a modern, fully equipped kitchen—perfect for enjoyable evenings around the dining table. There’s also a guest restroom. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.

• The bedrooms can be completely darkened and are equipped with fly screens on the windows.

• Both TVs in the house receive not only the usual German channels but also some channels in English, French, and Dutch.



On-site costs: Prices: • Children up to 3 years of age stay for free. • 1 dog: €7.00/night. One dog is allowed in the vacation home; please contact us directly after booking. Bringing other or additional pets is not permitted. • Included in the rental price per person per night: final cleaning, Wi-Fi, bed linens, hand and bath towels, kitchen and dish towels, water, electricity, heating, electric bike charging, as well as a basic supply of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, hand soap, coffee filters, cooking oil, salt, and pepper. Cancellation Policy: • Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival. • Cancellations between 14 and 27 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price. • Cancellations 0 to 13 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price. • No-show without cancellation: 90% of the rental price. • If the house is successfully rented to another guest, no cancellation fees will apply for the canceled period.
