The bathroom features a walk-in shower, hand and bath towels, a bathtub, and a toilet. The separate kitchen (refrigerator with freezer compartment) is fully equipped and has everything you could need. The sleeper sofa has a sleeping surface measuring (125 x 200 cm). The storage room contains a washing machine, which is billed separately upon use! In addition, a lockable e-bike garage is available to you.

Welcome to the ground-floor Hubertus Vacation Rental! This spacious 83-square-meter apartment features a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. The double bedroom is furnished with a cozy box-spring bed (180 x 200 m), and the large living-dining room features a comfortable sleeper sofa (sleeping area: 125 x 200 m) for the 3rd and 4th guests. We hope you feel right at home here! The kitchen is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, an additional dining area, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a filter coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pad machine, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a microwave. A private washing machine is available in the additional storage room for an additional fee. The modern bathroom features a shower, hand and bath towels, a bathtub, and a toilet. The living-dining room opens onto the 28-square-meter sun terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture with cushions, sun loungers, and a parasol. Optionally, you can also book a Weber gas grill with all accessories for an additional fee! In addition, a lockable e-bike garage is available for your use!
