Esta espaciosa casa de vida inversa tiene 10 pases SHARC ilimitados y también cuenta con ping pong y futbolín para todo tipo de diversión familiar.

El nivel superior, que incluye sala de estar, comedor y cocina con techos abovedados, se llena de luz de las ventanas altos y vistas al bosque. Relájese antes de la enorme chimenea de piedra, y disfrutar de la TV. Entretenido y la cocina son un placer en la cocina totalmente equipada, con horno convencional, y una parrilla de gas es a las afueras de la gran cubierta envolvente amueblado. También en este nivel es una amplia suite principal con cama king size, TV, walk-in closet y baño completo. Hay un segundo dormitorio con literas para cuatro y otro baño completo. Mini nevera en el lavadero y tercera nevera / congelador en el garaje para mayor comodidad



En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios más, ambos con una cama king. Ambos cuentan con televisores de pantalla plana. Una gran sala de estar con chimenea de gas, mesa de juegos y TV, otro baño completo y lavadero amplio completar el nivel inferior. Este nivel se abre a una terraza con jacuzzi. Hay un garaje para 3 coches, trineos, ping pong y futbolín.



Es corto paseo de El Country Store del Norte y en su pie se puede ver ciervos en el camino, e incluso en su patio trasero. House was great for our large, extended family. Lots of room, clean, well-stocked kitchen. The only complaint is the bed in the Master bedroom is very old and uncomfortable and the linens need to be replaced. Would rent again if the bed was replaced but didn’t sleep well any of the nights we were there. The coffee pot was broken and we called the property management and they were there very quickly with a new one. Overall, very nice experience.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and easily accommodated our group of seven people. Having a large dining room table and the extra refrigerator in the garage was great for our group. We loved the high ceilings upstairs. The hot tub was a nice feature. We would stay at this house again in the future. The only thing we missed was not having bicycles available.

Great time in Sunriver

Excellent location, house is well outfitted for a family's needs, with hot tub, kitchen well stocked, ping pong table, close to bike trails and store. Windows galore, and 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms. Washer and dryer on site. We saw an amazing thunderstorm complete with hail while playing games inside. The management of this home were incredible and responded to our concerns promptly, timely and went way beyond our expectations. Sunset you are truly the best:) Thank you for making our holiday wonderful.

Cute, comfortable rental

This property was clean and fit our family nicely. We did have a difficult time trying to figure out how you could sleep 12 people as listed since neither one of the couches were pull outs. We ended up having some people from our group not make the trip so it worked great for us but keep in mind in order for 12 to fit they are sleeping on a couch that does not pull out. Also there was a small ant problem but I assume that is pretty common with rental properties. Property is located farther from the village than what I am use to but I did not think to check where it was located prior to booking. Overall this was a great rental and I would stay here again.

Customer service was outstanding—when we arrived, we could not find ping pong balls or foosballs. We called and had them 10 minutes later. Two deck chairs were cracked—a call, and they were fixed. Never found the inflatable bed, so a kid slept on a foam mattress topper on the floor (we never called about this...I’m sure they would have brought one). Plenty of dishes. Bring a few towels of your own though!

Some disappointments

Property felt like owners/managers weren’t concerned with quality. One of the stove burners didn’t work, several light bulbs were burned out. There were no instructions for operating things like fireplaces. The football and ping pong tables which we were looking forward to were in the garage .. temp was 12 degrees when we arrived so playing in the garage wasn’t an option. It would have been nice to know that in advance. But the worst was that when we arrived at 4:30 to check in, — our check in time was 4 — the house was being cleaned. We were able to get in an hour later. Didn’t enjoy hanging out in our cars in freezing temps. I emailed about it … no response. Disappointing. We loved the area and location, the house was comfortable, but the lack of interest in details described above will have us looking elsewhere for our next Sunriver vacation.

Thank you for your feedback Kathryn. First and foremost, please know that our staff is available 24/7 by email and or phone. We have staff that is on call in the event something happens after hours. We have reviewed are VRBO messages, our daily log and our phone logs and we have no correspondence from you regarding the items not working. We will forward that information to the proper department so that it can be looked at. We do have a call from you regarding check in. Unfortunately, our housekeeping staff was overwhelmed on the day of your arrival. When you called, we were very concerned and dispatched EVERY AVAILABLE housekeeping as they became available to get you into your home as quickly as possible. It does say in your contract that during peak seasons, your home will may not be ready until 5 pm. This was the timeframe during your stay. Finally the home does specifically say the location of the foosball and ping pong table. It reads "There is a 3-car garage, which houses sleds, a ping pong table and a foosball table". So sorry that you felt we didn't relay that information. Additionally, you are always more than welcome to call us so we would have gladly brought out a space heater for you to assist with the heat in the garage so you could enjoy some family competition. We hope you come back to Sunriver soon.

Dirty, broken....not a good experience

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we arrive literally within minutes this place was a mess. I was greeted by a Sunriver person who said their was a complaint about successive garbage, clearly it wasn’t ours we just arrived but that garbage never was picked up...an entire garbage of cans never left the whole time. The windows tracks full of dead bugs, the floor is digesting...wipe it with a wet towel and it’s dark black everywhere. The vent is covered in gross dust so I assume the filter has never been changed either. The light bulb in the master bath toast doesn’t work, the tack strip in the master closest is visible to find my foot so that was fun. The sink backed up day 2 and it was the P-trap FULL so clearly nobody had done preventative maintenance and no way it hadn’t backed up prior on somebody. The sprayer on rh sink didn’t work, walls are all gross and dirty and you had a tons of kids but no pots or pans they fit....? Sounds like a fun trip? I’d like a refund of some kind this house should be rented until it is brought up to a Sunriver likestandard. Oh and the chair in the back is broken, nobody said anything f and we found out the hard way....inwill never rent this place again.

Thank you for your feedback. The last Sunset staff member was in the home during the morning hours, so it is unclear who the Sunriver person is that you spoke to. We provided your group early access to the home after you attempted to get into the home before check-in time and found that your code was not activated yet. You did not mention anything about the garbage in any of the phone calls you made to the office requesting items. After each call, our staff brought you every item that you requested as well as addressed any issue that you may have mentioned. Each phone call ended on a positive note. Our staff member had to disassemble the garbage disposable to remove the fresh potato peels and eggs. Unfortunately, there wasn't any discussion about your other concerns, nor did you mention any need for compensation until you wrote a review.
