The ground floor comprises a cosy living and dining room, an inviting hallway and a bathroom with underfloor heating, barrier-free shower, washing machine and hairdryer. The upper floor accommodates a bed-sitting room with double, single and children's travel bed as well as TV and DVD player and a further bedroom with two single beds. Heated rooms ensure a cosy atmosphere all year round - and all this in a non-smoking house.The outdoor area offers a south-facing terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue - ideal for enjoying the sun until late in the evening. Cycling tours on the Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path towards Wismar or Boltenhagen are easy to organise from the house. The nearby UNESCO World Heritage town of Wismar, other attractive Baltic seaside resorts, the local marinas and a wide range of shopping opportunities are also waiting to be discovered.
