In the basement there is another bathroom with shower, WC, washing machine, tumble dryer and SAUNA. The two bedrooms (one with double bed and double bedroom; 2nd bedroom with four-poster bed) give you access to the fenced terrace with garden furniture. In the village centre of St. Margarethen, approx. 200 m away, you will find an ADEG shop and restaurants...The ski slope is approx. 300 m away and in summer the wonderful hiking trails of the Lungau region beckon. The nearest golf course is 2 km away and Lake Millstätter See is about 1/2 hour away. The World Heritage Site of Moosham Castle is only 2 km away. The film "Die Wanderhure" with Alexandra Neldel was shot there. The castle also serves as a photo and film set. Hiking and culture, sport and relaxation are all very important here.
