Our family-friendly holiday home is located in a quiet settlement about 1500m from the beach of the Salzhaff - a bay of the Baltic Sea. The street is a residential street for about 10 houses. From the motorway A20 or A14 you can reach our holiday home in 20 minutes. The well-known Baltic seaside resorts of Kühlungsborn, Rerik or the island of Poel are 15-20 minutes away by car. The Baltic Sea coastal cycle path is also only 200 metres from the holiday home and invites you to discover the surrounding area by bike, but if the weather is not so good, you can also be in the Hanseatic city of Wismar in 20 minutes: UNESCO World Heritage Site. A must-see. There are also restaurants for every taste, cinemas and shops, as well as the Mecklenburg metropolises :) Rostock and Schwerin are both 45 minutes away. Tip: Schwerin Castle, Rostock Zoo.Lovingly landscaped 400m² garden plot for exclusive use. Terrace (with barbecue), lawn suitable for playing, road only for neighbouring traffic. It is therefore fully and lovingly equipped for up to 6 people and particularly suitable for families with children- Large children's room with toys- Additional play area in the hallway on the upper floor- Highchairs available- Baby travel cot available- Large sandpit in the outdoor area- All sockets with child safety lock- Washing machine & dishwasher- and of course: ideal children's beach on the Salzhaff (very shallow)And of course the parents or grandparents can also relax - whether in the spacious open-plan living area in the house or in the garden with sun terrace. There is about 90m² of space available in the house.The beach of the Salzhaff is only 1500m away from the holiday home. You can reach the beach on foot or by bike via the comfortable footpath/cycle path running parallel to the road. The beach itself has some sand but also large lawns for sunbathing. There is a snack bar on the beach during the season (they serve currywurst on a plate with a salad garnish for a small price ... with a cool Alster from the barrel).
