Vacation in architectural monument combines heritage conservation and tourism. Historically valuable buildings are taken over, gently renovated and rented out as holiday flats. The model provides a double benefit: the monuments are given a revitalised future and the holiday guests experience a stay in an exceptional building. The idea is being realised by the ‘Vacation in architectural monument’ foundation, which was set up by the Swiss Heritage Society in 2005. People: 5-9  Rooms: 2-4 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and a sleeping possibility in the library. For occupancy up to 5 persons, only 2 floors are occupied. If there are more than 5 people, the top floor is opened up for guests. Season: All year round.Short holidays: Only at Easter, Ascension and Whitsun (minimum stay 3 nights)Altitude: 823 metres above sea level.Pets: Allowed.Public transport: By train to Landquart, change to St. Moritz, then Postbus 4 direction Castasegna Postbus stop Punt Spizarun, on foot to Casa Malussi approx. 5 minutes.Car park: free public car park in the village.
