Nestling in the heart of a magnificent 5,000m2 wooded park, our holiday home promises relaxation and serenity, far from the hustle and bustle of the city. Ideally located 40 km from the famous beaches of Saint-Malo, Dinard and Dinan and 30 km from the majestic Mont Saint-Michel, this gîte is the perfect base from which to explore the treasures of Brittany.The interior of the gîte, measuring 100m2, offers all the comforts you need for an enjoyable stay. On the ground floor, you'll find two welcoming bedrooms, a convivial living area with an open-plan kitchen, as well as a dressing room and a study, for those who like to combine business with pleasure. A bathroom with shower completes this practical layout. Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures optimum comfort, whatever the season.Outside, the terrace is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lush green surroundings. Fitted with garden furniture, it's the perfect place to relax and share. Although barbecues are not permitted, this outdoor space is the ideal place to enjoy the warm evenings. The communal garden enhances the feeling of escape and communion with nature.The location of our gîte provides easy access to local amenities: the town centre is just 800 m away, offering quick access to a range of food shops and services.
