The accommodation is 400 metres from the beach, 7km from Wismar and 17km from Boltenhagen. The exclusive house built in 2011 with modern furnishing has two floors and is situated on a newly built holiday house estate in Zierow by the Wismar bay.The ground floor consists of a living and dining room, as well as a bathroom with a WC and shower. The kitchen with a dishwasher has a little bar counter with two bar stools, where you can sit with a glass of wine pondering the next trip destination. A modern TV with a satellite receiver, a stereo system with a CD/DVD player and a fireplace stove for cooler days are available. Stair lead to the upper floor with the two separate bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds). The double bedroom also has a sofa that can be pulled out as a bed for a fifth person. A washing machine and wireless Internet access (payable) are available. The house is heated with electric storage heaters.You can start the day with breakfast on the terrace facing south-east and end the day with a grill evening on the terrace facing south-west. Bicycles can be kept in the tool shed. A grill and terrace furniture are provided.The nearest shopping centres are e.g. at the market by the beach, EKZ Gägelow (2km) or Hinter Wendorf (2km). There is a good and well-priced restaurant a few minutes away. Places of interest or other activities include the Zierow beach area with minigolf, wellness, cafes, surfing, sailing, swimming, a riding farm with riding school, bicycle rental, tourist information, or the Wismar area with harbour tours, the harbour with many restaurants, the Wonnemar leisure pool with a wellness area (5km)m museums, churches and cafes, or else the island Poel 15 (km), Boltenhagen (17 km), Lübeck (60km), Rostock-Warnemünde (60 km), Rerik/ Kühlungsborn (ca. 35 km), the regional capital Schwerin (45 km).
