Its location offers easy access to the splendid Baie de Somme, just 30 km away.The interior of this 56 m² house has been designed with your comfort in mind. The ground floor features a lounge area with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, electric kettle and mini-oven. A private washing machine in the accommodation will make your stay even more enjoyable. The house has two bedrooms, one on the first level with a double bed and the other, a cosy mezzanine with two single beds, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day's exploring.Outside, you'll find a 1000 m² garden shared with the owners, with fruit trees in season. This communal area is an ideal place to relax, have fun or enjoy a picnic in the midst of nature.Situated in a small, quiet village, the house is just 6 km from all the necessary amenities, including shops, pharmacy and doctor. What's more, water sports enthusiasts will be delighted to know that they're just 35 km away from water-based activities to enrich their stay.This holiday home caters for families with baby facilities available on request, including a cot, high chair and bath.
