You receive a free residential parking permit for parking on the street by the house, as well as designated spaces in the town centre. The 30m² studio was newly renovated in 2016 and can accommodate two people. The combined living room and bedroom has a double bed, a sitting area with a table and two armchairs, satellite TV and radio. The generous kitchen with a dining space is equipped with a stove with an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a microwave. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower and WC.Opposite the house there is one of the most beautiful and oldest churches in Wernigerode, the Johanniskirche. The town centre and the train station are five minutes away. Wernigerode is a historical town with a vibrant flair. In 1229 Wernigerode was awarded the town charter and it has preserved its historical flair up until today. You can stroll along romantic alleys and discover medieval architectural monuments. A must for every visitor is the market square, which owes its fascination in particular to the late Gothic timber-framed town hall.
