En el momento en que baje Flip Flop Lane y se encuentre abriendo la puerta de Flip Flop Happy, sabemos que sentirá el ambiente relajado y cómodo que el área y esta casa le ofrecerán.



Te será difícil decidir quedarte dentro de esta hermosa casa nueva o pasar el rato en las playas más hermosas del mundo.



La gran cocina de estilo abierto, el comedor y el dise��o de la sala de estar hacen que sea fácil y divertido para todos disfrutar de las comidas y pasar el rato juntos. Esta casa de 5 dormitorios y 4 baños completos ofrece capacidad para 14-16 personas.  



El primer piso es la sala de estar principal con cocina, sala, comedor y también un dormitorio con cama queen size y baño completo compartido.



El segundo piso ofrece 3 dormitorios.  Uno con una cama king size y baño privado, los otros dos dormitorios comparten un baño.  Una de estas habitaciones es una doble en litera doble y una doble con cama nido.  El otro dormitorio contiene una cama king size.



El tercer piso contiene un dormitorio con 2 camas matrimoniales y un baño compartido en el pasillo.  Este piso también tiene una sala de bonificación / multimedia con un sofá cama y un baño privado.

Amazing Location for Competitive Price

Everything about our stay here was lovely - the porch on the top deck was perfect for hanging out and playing games. Plenty of bed space in the property with such an easy location to the pool, beach, and restaurants/bars. Management was easy and communicative throughout the entire stay. Great value for booking this house!

Amazing location!!

This was a our first visit to Rosemary Beach and this house and location was perfect for two families with teenagers. The kids used the bikes to explore the area and as parents we felt they were safe on their own in town and in the neighborhood. The communication with the property owners was awesome when I had questions before booking and throughout the checkin to checkout process. We will for sure book here again!!

Fantastic house close to everything you need at the beach!

We had a great week! The house is so convenient to Rosemary Beach shops, and the tram service provided to the beach was great. The bikes were so much fun for adults and kids to take all over 30A. The furnishings were all perfect for our large family.

The house was great

We just spent a nice weekend in Seacrest and really enjoyed this house. It's huge and well appointed. We had a small group, but it's true when they say the house can sleep 16. We enjoyed the bikes, but honestly, it's close enough to easily walk to all the beaches, stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great time!

We stayed at Flip Flop Happy the week of July 4th. We had a great time. The house was so nice. The pictures didn’t do it justice. The location was great and we enjoyed the neighborhood. Nightly live music at Peddlers was an added bonus.

Perfect Space

Wonderful space for our family. The house was clean and cheerful! Perfect space for each of us to rest and relax while all in the same house. Street was quiet and it was a short, convenient walk to all the amenities. Communication with host was great and easy.

4th of July getaway

We had a nice vacation. Home was very nice. Kids loved riding the bikes and taking walks to nearby shopping. Parking was a little tight because we had a full house. Weather was not the greatest! Overal I give the full vacation an 8/10!

Pros:The house is in an excellent location. Once you arrive whether you drive your own car or you rent a car, no need to crank it back up until you’re ready to head back home. You are located in an area where eateries, shops and the beach are all within walking distance! The house was equipped with everything we needed and provided space for all of our family (12) to sleep comfortably! Cons:The tram that takes you around the area is a little of a wait and will only pick you up when you schedule it to. If going in peak season like we were, order beach chairs way in advance of your trip or try to get to the beach early to get chairs; the beach was very crowded and the area is very limited.However it is beautiful!!Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay and we would definitely book again!

Great Vacation!

Our stay at 130 Flip Flop was overall great! The property is actually even nicer than the pictures. The decor was super cute and the condition was good. Only recommendation for the house is to improve the furniture in the living room. To be a house that is supposed to accomodate 13+people, the seating only allowed for 3-4 people . There are more chairs but they are extremely uncomfortable. We ended up having only 3 seated on the living room furniture, some on the floor and the rest were forced to sit at the dining room table. Regarding the beach itself, there are more rules than expected, given the information provided. We figured it out but it would be nice to have those details prior to arriving. Other than those two minor issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again! Thank you so much!!

Most amazing house and location! The pool is incredible with a short golf cart ride to the beach!

The house was so perfect for our large family! It was great having different floors. The kitchen was well equipped and it was very clean. The neighborhood is so nice with live music every night. Go to the local public access beaches if you like more space. Overall, we had the best vacation as a family that we’ve ever had. Absolutely beautiful!

Inlet Beach - Flip Flop House

The layout is great and the location is excellent! The home has unique flooring with unleveled wood floors with spacing between planks. I'm concerned with food debris between planks and the insect issues that could arise. The cleaning company did not do a great job, with many flat surfaces have been untouched for weeks. The kitchen lighting is connected to a wall GFCI, I'm concerned about the circuits and loading of outlets and circuit breakers.
