It is in a completely quiet location in a cul-de-sac in a mature residential area - not in a holiday home estate - in Norden on the border to Norddeich.The holiday home was completed in April 2012 and has a plot of approx. 600 m². The house offers a spacious garden with sun terrace. The extensive facilities also include garden furniture and a barbecue. There is also plenty of space in the garden as well as a swing and a sandpit.The landlord would like to offer other families with children the opportunity to spend a lovely holiday in cosy and comfortable surroundings, perhaps with grandma and grandpa along for the ride. That's why the semi-detached holiday home offers enough space for up to eight people in four bedrooms over an area of approx. 115 m², with furnishings that also offer a place to retreat to during the day - for example in rainy weather. The living room offers plenty of space for the whole family and the kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. Special attention is paid to the children, because experience has shown that if the children are happy and relaxed, the parents are also really on holiday! That's why the children's rooms are cheerfully furnished, there is a children's table and chairs, and a basic stock of games, books, colouring materials, audio games etc. is available. On the ground floor there is a vestibule with cloakroom, a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a large living room and the sunny south-facing terrace with garden access. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with tandem beds, as well as the spacious, second bright bathroom. A travel cot is also available. The fourth bedroom with a double bed and sitting area is located in the large, cosy attic. Please also see the photos. The landlord has furnished the house very personally and cosily. The entire ground floor and first floor are tiled and the ground floor has underfloor heating. The loft has laminate flooring. The house is suitable for allergy sufferers, i.e. wipeable floors throughout the house and bedding for allergy sufferers.The harbour and beach are just a few minutes away and the city centre of Norden with its cultural facilities can be reached by bike in just ten minutes.Please note that this is a non-smoking house. Pets are also not allowed. If you are looking for very well-equipped and family-friendly holiday homes on the North Sea - this is the right place for you.
