Flat A, spread over two floors, is approximately 200m² and boasts a spacious living area with a comfortable living room, a fireplace, a sofa bed for two, a flat-screen TV and two single beds hidden behind a bookcase, which can be converted into a double bed at will. The dining area is cosy with a large table and chairs bordering the well-equipped kitchen. The first floor houses three comfortable bedrooms and three bathrooms, two with showers and one with a hot tub bath, to ensure maximum comfort. Flat B, measuring approximately 100m², offers a living room/kitchen with sofa beds, a vibrant dining area and two versatile bedrooms with two single beds each, which can be converted into double beds, as well as a bathroom complete with shower.
