This is one of the glimpses of our  land . In spring, the fields are intense green with yellow spots of flowers. In summer, they are gold and black due to different kinds of wheat. This is an enchanting place, it seems from another planet. A hidden gem situated among the villages , vineyards and golden hills of Tuscany .This is a natural canyon several meters deep and surrounded by mosses and shrubs on the wet walls of the impressing rocks. All these things give rise to a magical place full of charm.This is partly due to the strict conservation rules but also a debt is owed to Tuscany Forever collaboration with artists, designers and craft mans. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. Costa deli Etruschi with Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima…SIGHTSEEING This lovely apartment is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. It is just a 10 minute drive to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra, a historic Etruscan city which can be viewed from the apartment. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away.
