Downstairs in the garden, the shared terrace with garden furniture and sunshade, grill/barbecue is fully equipped. There is a gated parking lot on the property for more than 10 cars. Remotes are provided to open/close the gate.This spacious, 135m² air-conditioned apartment is in a three-storey apartment building that hosts another four holiday apartments.

It features a seating area with flat-screen TV, a kitchen, dinning area, living room, 3 bedrooms with double bed, 3 bathrooms with shower, guest toilette and terrace with sea view. Sofa bed in the living room can fit 2 persons. Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge with freezer compartment, kitchenette, stove, oven, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, etc. There is a safe in the apartment as well. Bed linen, pillows, towels and toiletries are included in the price. Travel beds for babies and high chairs are available free of charge. Over there you can find many shops, restaurants, ATM's, car and bike rental services, water sports, etc. The beach is accessible via a ramp so that, e.g. prams and handcarts can be taken along. The town centre is approximately 2 km away and can be also reached by walking (20 minutes). There is also a taxi boat that stops just 70 meters away from the property that will take you to Trogir centre. Split is 30 km away. The nearest airport is Split Airport, 8 km from the property.The owners live in the house next door, and they are always available if you need any help. A security deposit is not required, but guests are asked to treat the apartment as their own home. City tax is included in the price.
