The village of "Felm" is located in the centre of the Danish Wohld, right between the state capital Kiel and the seaside resort of Eckernförde. With its 1200 inhabitants, it is idyllically situated near a nearby, unspoilt forest, between fields and moors. The holiday flat is the middle one of the 3 available flats in an old half-timbered farmhouse in a residential area. The landlord lives next door. You can play minigolf there or hike along the beach to the lighthouse. You can go on beautiful cycling tours or hikes, as well as walks along the Baltic Sea or along the cliffs to unwind. Excursions by car are varied, interesting and relaxing. Information material is available in the holiday flat. Just before Eckernförde, in Altenhof, there is another climbing garden. A stroll through the old town of Eckernförde, from the harbour to the beach can be crowned with a visit to the Info-Ostseecenter. In summer, small boat trips can be taken from the harbour. Fresh fish is available directly from the cutter. There is a town museum in the old town hall. A seawater wave pool with a large slide is located near the beach. Just before Schleswig you can visit the Haitabu Viking Museum and Gottorf Castle in Schleswig.
