4½-room apartment (126m²) on ground floor with garden pergola and barbecue area. Description: 3 bedroom, 2 shower cubicles/WC, spacious dining room with double sofa bed, large separate kitchen. Big garden with pergola and covered barbecue area (wheelchair friendly). Ideal for large families or groups of up to ten people. Furnishings/kitchen equipment: Crockery/cutlery, general kitchen-ware and utensils, fridge with freezer compartment, cooker, dishwasher. Attractively furnished rooms. TV and internet on request. Special facilities for children (cradle, high chair). Shared washing machine. Attractively furnished rooms.Swimming pool: Unfortunately, there have been some unpleasant news: On July 6th, 2020, we were informed by our condominium manager that due to the large delays on the remediation works for the pool caused by COVID-19 and the new restrictions from the authorities concerning the same, the swimming pool will stay closed this year. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Important information concerning Covid-19 As follows are the precautions COVID19 in Sardinia: a) Each guest must make a self-declaration. b) Wear masks inside supermarkets, in bars, hotels and restaurants. c) Keep social distancing d) Use the sanitizer in the entrance of our residence. Orosei is a picturesque coastal village situated about an hour’s drive south of Olbia (port and airport). The residence is about 1,5 kilometer from the beach on the beautiful Golf of Orosei also known as Europe’s Caribbean. The nearest beach “Marina di Orosei” can be reached by car, bike or in a 20 minutes’ walk alongside the river “Cedrino”.
