You enter our Nurdach house via three steps into an enclosed entryway, where you’ll find a clothes rack and patio furniture. Here you can store and dry hiking clothes, shoes, skis, and other gear. From there, you’ll enter a cozy, spacious living-dining room with a seating area and a dining set with chairs. A flat-screen satellite TV, a Blu-ray player, and a DAB radio are also available. The kitchen is accessible through a door from the living room. It features four hot plates with pots and pans, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a combination microwave, a mini-oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Cutlery and dishes are included. Through the entryway—which features a coat rack, cleaning supplies (vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.), and a first-aid kit—you’ll reach the small bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and additional space heater. A hair dryer is also provided. The two separate bedrooms, each with two beds (190x80 cm), are accessible via a narrow, space-saving staircase on the upper floor. A travel crib for children is available upon request. On very cold days, the space can be heated using the built-in fan heaters. In the entryway between the bedrooms, there is a built-in closet and a shelf with plenty of space for suitcases and clothing. The outdoor area consists of a 25-square-meter terrace and additional green space. Garden furniture and lounge chairs are also provided. The deposit is 100% of the accommodation price. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Check-out is possible between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourism tax: 3 euros per night for guests aged 16 and older; €1.50 per night for guests aged 6 through 15; children under 6 are exempt from the tourist tax. The city of Freyung is a member of the so-called GUTi network (Guest Environmental Ticket), so you can use the guest card to ride many bus and train lines in the region for free. Two pets are allowed for a fee of 6 EUR per pet per night. Additional bed linens and towels are available upon request for 7 EUR per set.
