House in the Garden, Witzenhausen

Our "House in the Garden" is nestled in the middle of a 4,000-square-meter garden, situated on the Warteberg and surrounded by a variety of trees, rhododendrons, and other flowering plants. Throughout the garden, there are many cozy spots to enjoy nature and the views of the surrounding area and the town of Witzenhausen. The garden also features play areas for children, a fire pit, and a gazebo for relaxing and barbecuing.
Directly in front of the house, on both the east and west sides, there are large terraces with comfortable furniture where you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.
The house has large, spacious rooms spread over two floors. On the lower floor, in addition to the kitchen, there is a dining and living room and a large glassed-in porch overlooking the garden. The upper floor features the two bedrooms as well as the bathroom with a toilet.
The property is fenced in, making it a dream location for dogs as well. The surrounding nature offers plenty of space for walks and a variety of recreational activities.
There is also parking for one car on the property.
Due to its location outside of town, the vacation home is self-sufficient. Water and electricity are not connected to the public grid. The house has a solar system with storage as well as domestic water tanks that are centrally controlled. This causes no inconvenience in daily life.
