Our spacious two-room ground-floor apartment is furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. With 54 m² of living space, you’ll find every comfort you need for a restful and relaxing vacation. Easy access to the terrace makes breakfast in the morning sun an unforgettable part of your vacation. Spend wonderful hours by the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea beach at Hohen Wieschendorf is only about 800 m away. Wismar and Boltenhagen are just a 15-minute drive away.

The vacation rental includes an underground parking space and free Wi-Fi. In the complex’s common areas, guests have access to a laundry room, a table tennis room, a bike storage room, and a fish-gutting room for anglers.
Upon request, you can add bed linens and towels (€20.00 per person) for a fee when you pick up your keys.
A communal sauna is located in the apartment complex (cost: 9 × €1.00 for a 3-hour session).

Vacation destination Hohen Wieschendorf between Wismar and Boltenhagen
The apartment is located in a small vacation complex in a quiet, sun-drenched setting between Wismar—a World Heritage Site—and the seaside resort of Boltenhagen, in Hohen Wieschendorf. The nearby natural beach and the small marina are just a few minutes’ walk away, about 0.8 km. After a walk on the beach, enjoy the ocean view and the view of the island of Poel from the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. In the designated nature reserves, you can hear the cranes.

Once your booking is confirmed (by phone or online), we will immediately send you your personal booking documents via email or, upon request, by mail.

Visitor’s tax in Hohen Wieschendorf: From April 1 through October 31 each year, the municipality charges a visitor’s tax. This tax is remitted to the municipality by the property owner. Costs: Ages 16 and older: €1.00/day | Ages 6–16: €0.50/day
This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking.
