Thanks to the covered balconies facing east and southwest, you can fully enjoy the sun both in the morning over a leisurely breakfast and in the evening with a glass of sparkling wine or a cool drink of your choice. The vacation rental is located just 60 meters from the beach, making it the perfect spot for a beach vacation.

The living area features a sofa that can be easily converted into a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m, with a slatted frame). The dining area is perfect for cozy meals or an exciting game night. In terms of technology, the living room offers a smart TV, a stereo system, and, of course, free Wi-Fi. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and also features a coffee maker, a Senseo, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer combo. The bedroom is equipped with a box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) with a full-length mattress, a Smart TV, and a wardrobe. The bathroom, flooded with natural light, features a corner bathtub with a rain shower, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a heated towel rack.
Underfloor heating is installed throughout the entire apartment.

Free Wi-Fi is, of course, provided. During beach season (May 15–September 15), a free beach chair is available for you right across the street on the beach.
