The “Blaues Haus” vacation rental is a 3-room apartment that accommodates up to 4 people. This spacious 96-square-meter apartment is located on the 1st floor of the “Blaues Haus,” right next to the spa park in the center of Boltenhagen. The fine-sand beach is only about 100 meters away. The central location on the Mittelpromenade ensures short walks to the beach and restaurants, perfect for a relaxing and restful vacation.
You enter the apartment from the side of the building through the side entrance. From there, take the stairs to the first floor. Behind the apartment’s front door, in the entryway, you’ll find the spacious kitchen-dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and ceramic cooktop.
The adjacent dining area seats 4 people, whether you’re on a family vacation or traveling with friends. In addition to the kitchen-dining area and the dining area, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom here on the first floor.
Free Wi-Fi and two TVs provide entertainment even on rainy days. The bright rooms feature a spacious layout. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.
A small exit leads directly from the dining area to the rooftop terrace. Barbecuing is not permitted here.
On long summer days, a second terrace area is available at the back of the property. To reach the terrace, exit the vacation rental through the front door and walk to the end of the property.
Park your car in the outdoor parking space behind the house. Two parking spaces are available for the apartment. You can reach the parking area via the driveway with a gate at Ostseeallee 9.
Booking Details: You must book this vacation rental for a minimum stay of 7 nights. During the Pentecost and New Year’s Eve holidays, the minimum rental period is also 7 nights. The property is fully booked from July through the end of September.
Note on Bedding: Bed linens are not included, but we offer you the option to add our linen package per person for an additional fee.
