Amenities

Decorated in warm beige and brown tones, this 3-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor (gable end facing the path connecting Ostseeallee and Mittelpromenade) spans approximately 60 square meters of living space across two levels and is very tastefully furnished for 2–4 guests plus a toddler.
The spacious living/dining area on the lower level is the perfect place to relax, even on rainy days. There’s no chance of getting bored during an afternoon of games at the large table in the dining area. Also located on the lower level is the living room, featuring a comfortable seating area, a state-of-the-art multimedia system, and a flat-screen TV. The large windows let in plenty of natural light.
The built-in kitchenette here is equipped with all necessary cooking appliances.
In addition, the apartment on this floor features a bright bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as one of the two spacious bedrooms, which is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom is located on the second level, in the attic. This bedroom features a second TV and a dresser for your clothes. This bedroom also features a comfortable box-spring bed for a restful night’s sleep.
Special Features

The non-smoking apartment in Boltenhagen, along with the Pamir, Padua, and Priwall apartments, has a separate building entrance. A washing machine is also available here for free use. There is no balcony.
For our younger guests, a travel crib with a matching mattress and a high chair are available for free use.

Bicycles

There is a simple bike rack for bicycles in the courtyard. There is no storage shed or similar facility.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities and linens (for guests ages 4 and up). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
