This non-smoking apartment is located on the mezzanine level of an apartment building and can accommodate up to 4 people (max. 3 adults). It consists of a living/sleeping area with a comfortable sleeper sofa (1.30 m x 1.95 m), a table, two wicker armchairs, a display cabinet, satellite TV, and a DVD player. From the living room, you can access the small bedroom, which features a double bed (two mattresses), a large wardrobe offering ample storage space, and access to the south-facing balcony with balcony furniture.<br>The large kitchen features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and all the utensils you need to prepare your own meals. The dining table seats 4 people. There is also a shower room/toilet and a hallway with a coat rack.<br>Pets are allowed upon request. Parking space No. 3 is included with the apartment.<br>Partial renovation of the apartment took place in late 2016/early 2017. Amenities subject to change!<br>The island is undergoing constant change, so noise disturbances from new construction or renovation work may occur.
