You’ll live in a dream home spanning approximately 180 square meters. On the first floor, a spacious entryway with a large coat closet and guest restroom leads to a stylish living room. Enjoy quality time together in the spacious dining area or in the sitting area, which features three sofas and a view of the modern fireplace. The elegant kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, a large refrigerator, a freezer, and a separate wine cooler. Of course, a Nespresso machine, oven, microwave, and dishwasher are also included. A small door leads you to the back of the garden, where you’ll find a shaded sun deck. From the living room, you can step out onto the south-facing terrace. Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with a view of the dunes and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub, as well as a smaller—but no less beautiful—bedroom with its own shower room and toilet. In the basement, there are two additional bedrooms with double beds and built-in closets, as well as a shower room with a toilet. All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality hardwood floors, heated floors, and a TV. You can also listen to the radio through the TVs. Wi-Fi is available (service not guaranteed). In the sauna area with a shower, you can relax and unwind even on stormy days. An utility room with a washer and dryer, a high chair, and a travel crib are available to you free of charge. A parking space is located directly next to the house. Pets are not allowed! Barbecues and smoking are not permitted. The initial set of linens is included in the price. Additional sets are available for a fee.
