Welcome to our modern, kid-friendly apartment in Burhave! Starting in 2026, we’ll be renting out our beautiful apartment directly—without an agency in the middle—and managing it ourselves! So you can book directly with us, and we’ll be here in person to answer your questions and address your concerns!

Starting immediately, a great, conscientious local company is now responsible for the professional cleaning of the apartment—and they’re always available if something isn’t quite right!
Our senior-friendly and family-friendly apartment, renovated in 2024, can accommodate up to 4 people. Thanks to its prime location on the first floor, it’s ideal for guests who have difficulty walking, as it’s virtually barrier-free and accessible without climbing any stairs.
This benefits the older generation, and parents also appreciate the few tripping hazards for the kids.
Families in particular will feel especially at home here with the four sleeping accommodations, as our child-friendly amenities—such as nightlights, outlet covers, a toy cabinet, books, and much more—ensure everyone feels completely at ease.
Enjoy relaxing moments with your loved ones on your own terrace or on the park-like grounds, and take advantage of the resort’s numerous wellness offerings. From mid-March through mid-November, the on-site indoor pool is available to you free of charge (The pool may be closed at short notice and without prior notice
due to maintenance). For a small fee, you can also use the sauna house.
The apartment is equipped with a kitchenette featuring 4 stovetop burners, including a microwave with a grill function. You’ll also find an egg cooker, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker on site. The refrigerator has a small freezer compartment. We currently do not have a dishwasher or oven available. However, the apartment is equipped with satellite TV, a DVD player, and free Wi-Fi, making it the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. Your children are, of course, very welcome here!
We’re also happy to welcome your small to medium-sized dogs—feel free to bring them along. Burhave offers a dog park and a dog-friendly beach for your four-legged friends.

New for the 2025 season: Four public 11 kW charging stations are now available right next to the vacation resort! In addition, numerous new charging stations have been set up on the Butjadingen Peninsula, where you can conveniently charge your electric car while, for example, visiting the beach, letting the kids climb in the play barn, dining in the town center (there are many great restaurants here), or swimming in the tide-independent North Sea lagoon.

The total rental price is specified in the booking confirmation and generally consists of:
- Base rent per night, plus a flat-rate energy fee
- Final cleaning (flat rate), plus any possible surcharge for your pet
- Bedding/towels (can be added to your reservation)
- Guest fee for the municipality of Butjadingen (visitor’s tax), charged separately according to the
