Nuevo (marzo de 2017), completamente remodelado, condominio de lujo en Kihei, Maui. 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, tercer piso, unidad final en el Edificio 10 de Kamaole Sands. Kamaole Sands está directamente cruzando la calle desde Kamaole III Beach Park y el Edificio 10 está más cerca de la playa. Kamaole Sands Building 10

We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. The views were lovely. The condo was stocked with everything that we needed. The kids loved the pool and the beach was so close. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

Everything was top notch perfect. We had a blast I would’ve given five stars but for some reason we didn’t have any hot water so the cold showers made for a four-star although as warm as it was, their cold showers were OK too

Island Paradise

We had a wonderful stay and we enjoyed all the amenities of home. The accommodations were tastefully decorated, inviting, spacious and very clean. The pictures on site were accurate. The location was fantastic as well as the view. Communication was excellent and check-in and check-out simple.

Great place & location

The property is beautiful & well maintained. The unit itself offers a great location, not only on the property but within Kihei with beaches right across the street. The unit is updated with a lovely kitchen (nicely stocked pantry), great layout and beautiful view. We used the beach chairs/towels, umbrellas and coolers (much appreciated). Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Stunning property

Well located, exceptional quality of fixtures, fittings, kitchen and dining equipment. Our daughter got married on Maui and the apartment acted as a family base before and after the wedding. Only wish we had more time to explore the island. Also lots of information available about the property and the island. Would recommend it to anybody.

Clean and modern with a great view!

We had a group that reserved at least 10 condos at Kamaole Sands and our place was by far the nicest one. We have stayed at many VRBOs and this one was clean and soooo well stocked. I recommend checking in before you go shopping. You can walk to shops and restaurants. The complex grounds are clean and beautiful. The host is very responsive. Enjoyed our stay.

Didn't Want To Leave...

2nd year staying at Kamaole Sands...different condos. We loved them both but this one had an amazing view and was very updated. The owner was very quick to respond and answer questions...some before we even asked. Both bedrooms had AC and the living area did as well. That was great when a touch too humid for open windows. And this condo had so many extras in the kitchen as well as a few items to use around the condo that we use in daily life...supplied. Really nice.We just loved it. Great place!

Fantastic Condo!

Chris is a very responsive host. Super condo! Gorgeous view from the living areas, master bedroom and lanai! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens! Lovely decor! Kamaole Sands is a very well kept complex with beautiful grounds. Condo is in close proximity to the BBQ’s, pool, and beach. Very much appreciate being able to rent this property! Thank you!

Updated unit in nice complex!

Updated unit with nice appliances and bonus wine fridge. The bathrooms were nicely remodeled as well. The pictures don’t do the ocean view enough Justice! The balcony was a bit small (compared to other units) but it had direct views of the cute pond and ocean across the street. Great condo complex in amazing central location on the island.

The Perfect Stay

We arrived to this meticulously clean, cool and beautifully designed condo on July 15, 2018 - and jumped for joy. The stage was set for my parent's 50th Anniversary celebratory week in Maui! With the details so well taken care of we were able to simply be together and enjoy the beautiful views, the comfy beds, the cozy lounge and modern kitchen. We all said (almost in unison) "we could live here!". Remote operated air conditioning, Sonos sound system (with a speaker in every room), huge King beds in both bedrooms with lovely furnishings, Keurig coffee maker, Wine fridge, brand new full-face Snorkel masks, modern (Accessible) bathrooms... and the list goes on, not a detail missed... anytime we were looking for something, it was found! A big thank you to the Owners for our stay, and to Doris for being so helpful & available, offering suggestions for things to do and checking to ensure our comfort. We Highly Recommend!

Easily the Best Location in Kamaole Sands

The only words to describe our stay are INCREDIBLE, MODERN, STOCKED and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Having been to Kamaole Sands in the past, we know that Building 10 is the only place to be for views and quick access to the beach. This end unit not only provides incredible Lanai views, but an amazing primary bedroom window view for sunsets and beach/fountain viewing. This place was STOCKED. With everything. Kitchen items, seasoning, fridge items, toiletries, bags, coolers, chairs, etc. We didn't have to worry about much. Usually we have to shop for some staple items in the unit, but we only needed to find a few small things to enjoy our stay. Butter, Oils, Salt, Pepper, etc...it was all there. The beach toys were aplenty. And were easy to use. And the whole place has Sonos system for easy listening in any room. The AC works fast and easy. We never felt uncomfortable. And the unit was well laid out for 2 adults and a toddler. Having this unit on the end makes it quiet and easy access to the stairs right near BBQ pits and walkway to the beach. Check in, unit entrance/code and all materials ahead of time were extremely helpful and detailed. Major props to these owners for putting in the effort for an A+ rental. We will definitely be back!

Kamaole Sands 10-317 was great

We loved Chris’s apartment and liked Kamaole Sands a lot. It is a lovely 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen with practically every appliance you can think of, a washer and dryer, and air conditioning. The lanai and all the rooms are comfortable. The mattress in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The views from the master bedroom and lanai are even nicer than the promotional materials. We were a little leery about the views in advance because comments on trip adviser say lots of promotional photos have been doctored – but these weren’t. This apartment has some of the nicest views in the entire complex and it is very close to the beach. We only looked at condos with air conditioning because we were concerned about the heat. There was separate air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, but we only used the air conditioning in the master bedroom. Our son never used air conditioning in his room. Breezes from the lanai kept us totally comfortable the rest of the time. The master bedroom air conditioning was great once we got used to the controls. Kameole Sands is a nice complex. The grounds are lovely and it has a nice swimming pool. The grounds were prettier than any other hotel or condo grounds we saw except for the grounds at the expensive Wailea hotels. The beach by the complex (Kamaole 3) is pleasant and a great place to watch the sunset. For snorkeling (our main interest) other beaches were better but they were only a short away.

Perfection

This was a perfect place for my family of four! (Kids aged 13 & 10) Short walk to Kamaole Beach, a very nice pool area (hula by the pool one evening!) and beautifully landscaped property. The condo is well situated with a beautiful view of the fountains and the ocean too! Stairs and elevators make access to 3rd floor easy. Lots of BBQ pits in common area if you want to stay close for lunch or dinner. I cooked every morning to save money on breakfast. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed including an 8x10 baking dish and cooking spray! We made picnic sandwiches a few days and there were condiments as well such as Mayo and mustard. I hate having to buy and waste jars for just a couple uses so this was nice!! Having things like dishwasher and washing machine pods was really nice (even tho I brought some too!) I would bring your own shampoo/ conditioner/ soap if you’re particular. There were odds and ends there to use which was nice tho! And I really liked having beach chairs to use! Perfectly sized condo and I especially loved the wine fridge! Only negatives would be no lock on bedroom door and the lanai has warm air blowing on it (I think if the AC is on) but just turn it off if you are sitting out there!) we loved the lanai! Morning coffee and evening wine out there! We left the doors open a lot bc it was nice and cool but when it gets hot the AC’s cooled it down very quickly!

Beautiful condo! pool area not great.

This condo was beautiful. Pool is small for how big this complex is. Our check in wasn't smooth as the property manager is supposed to email the door code, which we never got. The phone number on my reservation from VRBO was not correct as I booked from Canada. The front desk had a different number for her which then I was able to contact the property manager. My concerns about not having a number that worked and not getting a door code were quickly dismissed by the property manager. A few days into our trip we decided to play crib on the deck. There were 3 adults. The property manager called us at 8pm to say the lady below complained we were loud. This was far from the truth. We sat one night on the deck and got a complaint. The property manager then called back at 830 ( when I was putting my daughter to bed) to tell me there was only 2 people on the reservation which was also not true as I emailed her to correct that back in August. She also asked if there was other people staying with us.... Yes we had friends visiting at our condo but they also had their own condo in the building. I hope the owner of this condo reads this as they should know what's going on with this property manager.

Hidden Gem

Fantastic condo for a great value. Effortless use i.e. easy parking, gate access, elevators, trash nearby, steps near grill stations for quick to and from, new ac units, door code entrance, easy window and blind use, end of building - quiet and private, private balcony. Spacious 2 big private bed/ba with new fixtures and fully stocked kitchen, reliable stainless steel appliances, modern decor, washer dryer, beach gear, cleaning tools for quick clean ups, you know a place is comfortable that you don't even need to think about it and it feels like you live there. Definitely would recommend to friends and stay here again. Near beach park, direct access to shopping plazas, grab and go, and short distance to highway, smack in between North to Hana and West side.

Great stay on Maui

We loved everything about this condo! The location in the Kamaole sands property and in Kihei is perfect. The condo was beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and having chairs/boogie boards/sand toys was helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

I am from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I have been coming to Maui for most of my life and currently spend about 4 months a year on island...escaping the Canadian winter. My current pastimes are cycling and outrigger canoeing. This condo is privately owned, and I love sharing it with visitors.

My family has owned in Kam Sands for over 40 years! Kihei is a great neighborhood. Beaches and lots of amenities are all within walking distance.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I did a complete renovation of this unit in 2017, after taking it right down to the studs. It is thoughtfully designed. And as my winter home, it is stocked with everything you need to live and enjoy your time on Maui. I have kept the add-on fees as low as possible. Only rent goes to me. The cleaning and resort & registration fees are amounts charged by others.
