Amenities

The approximately 56-square-meter 3-roomapartment on the 1st floor is ideal for two to four guests. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of natural light.

It features a bright and open dining and living area, where you’ll find a dining nook and a modern sofa set with a flat-screen TV.

In addition to a stove and oven, the kitchen also features a refrigerator with a freezer compartment and various other kitchen appliances such as a kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and coffee maker.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm). There is also a matching wardrobe.
In the children’s/guest room, you’ll find a bunk bed (each 90x200 cm) as well as a second TV. A travel crib can also be easily set up here.

Of course, this vacation rental also includes a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower that is senior-friendly.

The west-facing corner balcony is, of course, furnished.

It’s not just families with children who particularly appreciate this non-smoking apartment’s proximity to the fine-sand beach, which ensures a wonderful summer vacation and leaves nothing to be desired in the swimming area. The apartment also includes, for your free use, a travel crib with a matching mattress, a high chair, and a PlayStation II with 3 games.

Bicycles

There is a general bicycle storage area in the underground garage for both Building I and Building II (limited space). Here you can store your rented or personal bicycles [&] Co. here.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use the pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for occupancy by two people and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
